Tirtha, the concierge, provided really good service. He gave invaluable recommendations for local stores. he facilitated our food deliveries. i appreciated how tidy and spacious my room was.

a romantic escapade
comfy beds heated pool supermarket proximity bus shuttle
the room felt spacious, with such comfy beds a real treat after long days of adventure. a heated pool was available and very nice. i like proximity to a supermarket behind the place. the bus shuttle to the beach and malls was wonderful.
the breakfast lack variety. i would love to see a bit more fresh fruit.

helpful staff shuttle bus damaged shower minibar charges
The staff were always willing to help. The pool area was GREAT and there was a free shuttle bus to various locations. Plenty of choices were available for breakfast. I found many options for lunch and dinner.
The shower was damaged. The bathroom WAS leaking. The minibar was stocked upon arrival, but they did not mention I had to pay until the last day. The charges were £46 for four cans of drinks and 3 small cans of mixed nuts.

available parking high comfort varied option helpful staff
i found available parking easily. the comfort level was high and cleaning was consistent. the hotel is near many attractions. breakfast included many options and was varied each day. the salon gave me amazing results, exceeding expectations. the staff throughout the hotel was friendly and helpful.

the staff swiftly handled my request. they showed care and professionalism at every interaction. i noticed constant attentiveness from the restaurant supervisor and her team, who always served with smiles.

my room was spacious and clean upon arrival. housekeeping was prompt, consistently providing fresh sheets and towels. eu standard plugs are available in the room so no adapter is needed for european devices.

Excellent Hotel Experience
polite staff clean hotel spacious room
The staff were very kind and polite. The hotel kept everything very clean. The rooms are spacious.. The beds felt very comfortable and the bathroom includes all amenities.
I experienced some difficulty getting my deposit back. I had to chase it for almost two weeks.

The parking area in the basement benefits those who travel by car. The pool has a clean and warm water. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the beach with good frequency.

The hotel staff satisfied all my requirements, responding to requests immediately. The check-in process was quick. They refilled water bottles daily. Towels were changed every day.
